How to compress an image to a target such as 20 KB
Add your photo, enter 20 under Target file size, and choose KB. Set the format the upload form accepts, then compress and compare the downloaded size with the form’s limit.
A small target may require lower quality and smaller pixel dimensions. If the result is still too large, reduce the starting dimensions or try WebP when the destination accepts it. Check that fine text and faces still look clear.
