Combine a cover, report, and attachments in order
Add the PDFs and move the cover to the top, followed by the report and attachments. The order in the file list becomes the order of the merged document.
Each input contributes its pages in their original order. To insert an attachment halfway through a report, first split the report into two files, then put the attachment between them.
